NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to Plaintiff's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment for Foreclosure Against all Defendants and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure, Exhibit "A", entered on April 6, 2017, in The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, As Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4 vs. Angelica Michelle Sierra, et al., Civil No. 16-1-0012 (Foreclosure); Third Circuit Court (Hilo), State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described parcel of real property at public auction at the date, time and place set forth below. Property Description: A fee simple lot, land area of 0.3604 acres (approx. 15,700 sq. ft.) more or less, improved with a two (2) bedroom, two bath residence situate at 11-3915 A Liona Street, Volcano, Hawaii. The lot is designated as Tax Map Key No. (3) 1-1-063-033. Terms & Method of Sale: Parcel and improvements thereon will be sold "AS IS", without any warranty of title or any other warranty, to the highest bidder at public auction with NO UPSET PRICE.
