NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact; Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment and Summary Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure Against All Defendants on Complaint Filed March 21, 2017; Exhibit "A", January 3, 2020, in Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE3 v. Andrew S. Love, Grisell Maria Love; Leilani Community Association; et al., Civil No. 17-1-0100 (Foreclosure); Third Circuit Court (Hilo), State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described parcel of real property at public auction at the date, time and place set forth below. Property Description: A fee simple lot, land area of 1.0 acres (approx. 43,560. sq. ft.) more or less, improved with a single-family dwelling situate at 13-3473 Pomaikai Street, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778.
