NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By Order of the Third Circuit Court in Civil No. 16-1-0175, filed April 3, 2017 the Commissioner, named below, has been appointed to sell the property at public auction: I. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Address: 92-9202 Hawaii Boulevard, Ocean View, Hawaii 96737; Tax Map Key: (3) 9-2-033-029; Sale must be approved by the Court. The property is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." II. SALES INFORMATION: Open Houses: June 29, 2017 and July 6, 2017 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; Auction Date: July 11, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), at the steps fronting the Hale Halawai, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. III. TERMS OF SALE: No upset price. Property sold "as is" condition at public auction with 10% of highest bid payable in cash, money order, certified or cashier's check at close of auction, provided that Plaintiff may satisfy the down payment by way of offset up to the amount of its secured debt.
